In this article, I talked about my childhood as an obese student - ridiculed by classmates and afraid to go to school. However, I knew that this could not go any longer. Exercising frequently, it changed my entire life. I shared about how I overcame this trying period, and helped others to lose weight, as well as the importance of community work that shaped who I am today.

SINGAPORE - A group of Singaporean climbers with special needs recently reached the peak of fabled Mount Fuji. The challenge aims to raise $200,000 (str.sg/iS8Q) in funding for YMCA programmes that train and advocate for youth with special needs.

Project It'll Be Alright
Mentored by MOS Sun Xueling, Project: It’ll Be Alright (IBA) is a youth mental well-being project under the MOE/ MSF Youth Mental Wellbeing Network. IBA's aim is to take a community-based approach to promote mental wellness and support other vulnerable youths in need.
